WarehousePro — Custom WordPress-Based Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Project Overview

I developed WarehousePro, a custom-built Warehouse Management System (WMS) integrated directly into a WordPress backend. This solution was tailored for businesses needing streamlined inventory management, order tracking, and real-time stock visibility — without relying on expensive third-party platforms.

The system allows warehouse teams to manage inbound and outbound inventory, generate pick/pack lists, track inventory levels across multiple locations, and sync product data with WooCommerce and external tools. I built a clean UI for non-technical users and incorporated access controls based on roles (admin, warehouse staff, manager).

This tool significantly improved operational efficiency and gave business owners better control and visibility over warehouse activity.

Skills Used:

  • Custom WordPress plugin development for inventory and order management
  • WooCommerce product sync and backend integration
  • Role-based access control and user permissions
  • Database structure design for warehouse operations
  • UI/UX design for mobile-friendly warehouse dashboards

How I Can Help Your Business:

  • Build custom warehouse or inventory tools tailored to your workflow
  • Integrate WMS features into your existing WordPress or WooCommerce setup
  • Streamline pick/pack/ship operations with intuitive dashboards
  • Connect inventory to external tools, APIs, or reporting dashboards
  • Create permission-based user systems for warehouse teams

If your business needs more control over its warehouse operations or wants to move away from outdated tools, I can develop a customized WMS solution that fits your exact needs — and runs right from your WordPress site.
